2. Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate — $34

Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate is the one I grab when my hair needs a little more attention. I love how smooth my hair feels after using it, particularly when my ends are feeling dry from styling. The formula fits easily into my regular hair-washing routine, so I don’t feel like I’m adding another complicated step. It also leaves my hair feeling softer and more polished once everything is dry. For me, this one gives wash day a more luxurious feeling.

Both products have earned a permanent spot in my bathroom, but I reach for them for slightly different reasons. OLAPLEX feels like my classic treatment pick, while Redken is the one I love when I want my hair to feel especially smooth and cared for. Having both means I can switch things up instead of expecting one product to do everything.
