Blush has always been that one step in my makeup routine that quietly changes everything. Some days I want barely-there color, just enough to look awake.
Other days, I lean into something a bit more expressive—soft, flushed, and intentional. Recently, I found myself going back and forth between two blushes that give very different moods but somehow both feel right depending on the day.

1. ESQA Blush – Milan (Muted pink with a mauve hint)

This shade feels like a calm morning. It’s not loud, not overly sweet, and definitely not trying too hard. The muted pink tone mixed with a slight mauve undertone gives it that “grown-up softness” I didn’t know I needed. When I first applied it, I noticed how it didn’t instantly scream “blush”—instead, it blended into my skin like it had always been there.
What I like most is how forgiving it is. Even when I go in with a heavier hand, the color doesn’t become overwhelming. It builds slowly, almost like it’s letting you decide how visible you want it to be.

2. Instaperfect Pink Blush

This one is a completely different story. If the first blush is a quiet morning, this feels more like stepping out into bright daylight. The pink is more lively, more cheerful, and immediately noticeable in a good way. It gives that fresh, almost playful flush that reminds me of being outside too long in the sun. The color payoff shows up faster, so I’ve learned to be a little careful when applying. But once blended, it gives that healthy, radiant look that can lift your whole face.
Blush isn’t just about adding color—it’s about setting a tone. The ESQA Milan shade leans into softness and subtle elegance, while Instaperfect Pink brings energy and freshness. I like having both because my mood isn’t the same every day, and honestly, my makeup shouldn’t be either.
