Rating Face Serums!

If you're looking to level up your skincare routine, serums are one of the best ways to do it.
They're packed with concentrated ingredients that target specific skin concerns more intensely than your cleanser or moisturizer. I usually apply mine right after cleansing and before sealing everything in with a cream.
Here are three serums I've personally tested—and what I honestly think about each one!
1. SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Capsule Ampoule
This ampoule absorbs quickly and has a soft, essence-like texture that melts into the skin almost instantly. It leaves a fresh, non-sticky finish that feels light but nourishing. I really enjoy this one because it gives my skin a healthy glow, and the capsule beads dissolve smoothly without feeling gritty or uncomfortable.
2. Some By Mi AHA 10% Amino Peeling Ampoule
This formula is all about exfoliation while keeping the skin hydrated and bright. It contains a blend of acids—AHA, BHA, PHA, and LHA—working together to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and refine texture. It's strong but effective, so I prefer using it every couple of weeks when my skin needs a reset. It's definitely the best exfoliating serum I've tried for periodic deep cleansing.
3. Pinctada South Sea Pearl Serum
Made with real South Sea pearl powder from Pinctada pearl farms, this serum feels luxurious and soothing. It includes mineral-rich plant extracts that help boost radiance and support collagen production. I love the plump, dewy look it gives my skin—and it's incredibly moisturizing, which makes it perfect for days when my complexion feels tired or dull.
Each serum serves a different purpose: brightening and gentle radiance from Centella, deep exfoliation from Some By Mi, and hydration plus glow from the pearl serum. Depending on what your skin needs, any of these could fit nicely into your routine.
