Bronzer is one of my absolute favorite steps in my entire makeup routine.
It warms the complexion, adds dimension, and pulls every look together—whether natural or full glam.

1. Cheekbones / Slightly Above the Hollows

Placing bronzer along the cheekbones—and just slightly above the hollows—gives the face its most defined, lifted appearance. This placement enhances the natural contour of the cheeks without looking harsh.

2. Along the Perimeter of the Forehead

Adding bronzer around the top and sides of the forehead adds natural warmth and mimics where the sun would hit. It also helps visually balance the forehead by creating a softer, more contoured shape.

3. Sides of the Nose

Lightly running bronzer down the sides of the nose can create the illusion of a slimmer or more sculpted shape. This step ties in well with the rest of the bronzed areas for cohesive definition.

4. Under the Jawline

Applying bronzer under the jaw helps create a clean, snatched look. It sharpens the jawline and adds subtle shadow that enhances the overall structure of the face.

5. Crease of the Eyelids

A touch of bronzer in the eye crease unifies the full face. It adds warmth to the eyes, blends seamlessly with cheek bronzer, and creates a soft, effortless look without needing extra eyeshadow.
These five placement areas—cheekbones, forehead, nose, jawline, and eye crease—work together to lift, warm, and sculpt the face. Whether you're aiming for a natural glow or a full glam contour, bronzer enhances your features and brings harmony to your entire makeup look.
