Entering my mid-twenties has made me more intentional about maintaining healthy, glowing skin—not to change how I look, but to enhance what’s already there and slow down early signs of aging.
That mindset led me to try my very first combination of aesthetic treatments: Yellow Laser and HIFU. Here’s a full look into what the experience was like and why I loved the results.
Preparing for the Session
To make the treatment comfortable, we started with face numbing. Once the cream settled in, the sensation during the procedure shifted from what could’ve been stinging to something much gentler—almost like tiny vibrations brushing across the skin. It made the entire session easy and surprisingly relaxing.
Yellow Laser: The Glass-Skin Glow
Often referred to as the Korean “glass skin” laser, Yellow Laser is incredibly versatile and suitable even for sensitive skin. It helps with pigmentation, redness, acne, visible veins, and overall unevenness. What stood out most was how low-risk it is, especially regarding side effects like burns or irritation.
HIFU: Lifting Without Surgery
Right after the laser, I also tried HIFU, a noninvasive treatment known for giving a lifting effect similar to a facelift but without pain or downtime. It uses ultrasound energy to trigger collagen production deep within the skin, helping firm up loose areas, smooth fine lines, and sculpt the face.
Visible Results
The changes were noticeable in the mirror even before comparing my before-and-after photos. My skin tone looked brighter, pores appeared smaller, and the sagging around my jawline was visibly lifted. Smile lines softened, and the overall contour of my face felt more defined. It created that fresh, glass-skin effect I’ve always admired.
Trying out Yellow Laser and HIFU for the first time made me realize how much of a difference the right treatments can make when guided by a professional. The combination gave me clarity, lift, and long-lasting radiance without any downtime. It’s definitely a step that made me feel more confident in my skin as I move through my twenties.
