1. Hydrate Before Bathing:
Start your winter bath routine by drinking a cup of warm boiled water. This helps warm the abdominal cavity, maintaining body temperature and blood pressure stability.
2. Use the Bath Heater:
Combat the chill by turning on the bath heater before your shower. This will make the entire bathroom warm and inviting.
3.Turn on the Shower:
Enhance the warmth of your bathroom by turning on the shower. The water vapor heats up the space and helps you adjust to the water temperature more rapidly.
4. Hair Washing Order:
During your shower, prioritize washing your face, hands, and feet first. After adjusting to the water temperature, rinse your body and save hair washing for last. This practice prevents a sudden increase in blood pressure, reducing the risk of stroke.
5. Maintain Bathroom Temperature:
Aim to keep the bathroom temperature around 25 degrees Celsius, especially in cold weather.

Besides the mentioned precautions, certain situations are unsuitable for bathing:
- Avoid bathing on an empty stomach; have a full meal at least an hour before.
- Refrain from bathing immediately after a heavy meal to prevent digestive issues.
- Post-exercise, allow the body to recover before bathing to avoid insufficient blood supply to the heart and brain.
- If you have a cold or feel weak, wait until you recover before bathing.
- Following a massage, wait before bathing to prevent discomfort or fainting due to accelerated blood circulation.
- After the insulin injection, wait half an hour to avoid hypoglycemia and dizziness.
- Boiling water, vigorous skin rubbing, and other aggressive cleaning methods can lead to discomfort, low blood pressure, or shock.
