Look for skincare products containing ingredients that attract and retain water, such as shea butter, glycerin, and hyaluronic acid, which are excellent at keeping the skin hydrated. It's also essential to use a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser that is moisturizing or cream-based, as harsh cleansers can exacerbate dryness.
You can layer your skincare routine with hyaluronic acid or niacinamide for added hydration and soothing benefits. Don't forget to apply a thick, protective balm to your lips before heading outside, as cold, dry air can cause chapping and discomfort.
