Good Day, Lykkers! Eye cream is one of those steps I used to overlook, but lately I’ve started appreciating how nice it feels to give the eye area a little extra care.
I prefer formulas that feel nourishing without making my routine complicated, and both of these caught my attention for very different reasons.
1. Eminence Organic Skin Care Lavender Age Corrective Night Eye Cream — $79
The Eminence Organic Skin Care Lavender Age Corrective Night Eye Cream feels like the cozy nighttime choice I’d reach for when my skin needs a richer touch. The texture is designed to be nourishing, and the formula features lavender, evening primrose oil, argan oil, calendula oil, shea butter, and an Anti-Aging Stem Cell Complex. Eminence recommends it particularly for normal-to-dry skin and says it helps improve the appearance of fine lines while leaving the eye area feeling smoother and more hydrated.
2. Mindful Anti-aging Eye Serum
The Mindful Anti-aging Eye Serum gives me a different impression. Instead of thinking about a rich cream texture, I picture something lighter and more serum-like, which is appealing when I don’t want my nighttime routine to feel too heavy. I’d personally choose a serum-style eye product on evenings when I want to keep my skincare layers light. It also makes a nice contrast with the Eminence cream: one feels plush and comforting, while a serum feels more streamlined and effortless. For my routine, I’d probably alternate between the two rather than treating them as identical products.

If I wanted a rich, comforting nighttime eye cream, Eminence would be my choice. The lavender and nourishing oils make it especially appealing for a relaxing evening routine. If I were looking for something with a lighter serum feel, Mindful would be the direction I’d lean. Sometimes a skincare routine becomes much more enjoyable when every product has its own little purpose. For me, eye care is becoming one of those quiet nighttime rituals I actually look forward to.
