Friends, I used to think mineral sunscreen would always feel thick or leave my skin looking dull. It took a lot of trial and error before I found formulas that actually made me want to wear sunscreen every single day.
My biggest priority is comfort because if a sunscreen feels heavy, I know I won't reach for it again. Lately, I keep rotating between two mineral options that give me different benefits depending on what my skin needs that day.

1. NIVEA Sun Protect & Moisture Ultra Sun Cream

This is the sunscreen I usually reach for on regular days when I'm commuting, shopping, or meeting friends. I like that it feels moisturizing without making my skin feel overloaded. Some sunscreens make me want to wash my face halfway through the day, but this one stays comfortable for hours. I always apply it as the last step of my morning skincare routine and give it a couple of minutes before putting on makeup.

2. BelaSol SunCream SPF 50 Mineral Sunscreen

When I know I'll be spending more time outdoors, BelaSol SPF 50 is usually the one I grab first. I appreciate having the higher SPF because it gives me extra confidence during long afternoons outside. My favorite way to use it is by applying two thin layers instead of one thick coat. The finish feels more comfortable for me, and I don't end up with sunscreen collecting around dry areas.
I also give it a few minutes to settle before adding makeup. My base tends to stay smoother when I don't rush that step.
Both of these sunscreens have their own place in my routine. NIVEA Sun Protect & Moisture Ultra Sun Cream is my everyday companion when I want hydration and comfort, while BelaSol SunCream SPF 50 Mineral Sunscreen is the one I count on for days with more sun exposure. Having both means I'm always prepared, no matter what my plans look like.
